Individual therapy is a supportive, one-on-one space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe, confidential environment. In your first few sessions, you’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and what goals you’d like to work toward. From there, therapy may involve discussing current stressors, past experiences, patterns in relationships, or anything else that feels important to you. Every session is guided by your needs—there’s no “right” way to show up.
